Bechil Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): Free on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $9.99 applies.
  • Expedited Shipping (3-7 business days): $19.99
  • Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date. Bechil is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

  • Bechil is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
